Lithium battery lug welding is mainly divided into single point and multi-point welding for lithium battery lug, lithium battery positive and negative, battery aluminum foil and aluminum plate, battery copper foil and copper plate, battery nickel plate and nickel mesh, etc. Copper foil is about 0.08mm, aluminum foil is about 0.01mm, nickel and aluminum sheet is about 0.1mm.
Laser equipment lithium battery lug welding machine for materials: copper plate, aluminum plate, nickel plate, nickel strip, copper foil, aluminum strip, aluminum foil, aluminum cover, aluminum shell aluminum-nickel composite strip and other materials of single point, multi-point, single layer, multi-layer, square, strip, single piece welding process.
Laser welding principle
Laser welding uses the excellent directionality and high power density of the laser beam to focus the laser beam on a very small area through an optical system, creating a highly concentrated heat source area in the welded area in a very short period of time, causing the welded material to melt and forming a solid welded joint and seam.

There are 2 types of laser welding
Heat conduction welding and deep fusion welding
Laser heat conduction welding with a laser power density of 105 to 106 w/cm2 and laser deep fusion welding with a laser power density of 105 to 106 w/cm2
Penetration welding and seam welding
With penetration welding, the joint does not need to be perforated and processing is relatively simple. Penetration welding requires the use of higher power laser welding machines. Penetration welding has a lower fusion depth than seam welding and is relatively less reliable.
Seam welding requires a laser welding machine with lower power than penetration welding. Seam welding has a higher depth of fusion than penetration welding and is relatively more reliable.
